Handle and take responsibility for processes and questions relating to personnel administration (e.g. supplements to employment contracts, certificates, references)
Facilitate the regular onboarding sessions including holding presentations for new hires in English and German, virtually as well as face-to-face
Answer queries of employees and managers via HR ticket, E-mail, or phone
Contact partner and provide administrative support for HR business partners, managers, and employees in all issues relating to labor law
Work closely with other teams within the HR organization, personnel officers, works council and different specialist departments within SAP
Participating in projects and special activities
YOUR PROFILE
Business or commercial apprenticeship and further training as an HR business clerk, or degree in business administration, specializing in Human Resources.
Fluent speaker level in German is a must
Fluent written and spoken English language skills
Quality driven, accuracy, and with distinctive customer orientation
Ability to plan and organize work well on own initiative and without supervision, must be motivated and self-driven
Enjoyment of working in a virtual team and interested in a range of different tasks
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products
