What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing, building and implementing a channel sales strategy within the healthcare and medical technology ecosystem globally.

  • Collaborating closely with the global head of business development for healthcare and med tech and the NVIDIA product and solution teams to identify new channel partners, develop existing partners, and build channel sales strategies to scale our healthcare and med tech business.

  • Developing successful partnerships with the healthcare and medical technology ecosystem by identifying targets, leading the engagement, defining success metrics, and driving the execution through completion.

  • Educating and engaging our channel partner sales teams including distributors, OEMs, global system integrators, and public cloud service providers to deliver joint go-to-market initiatives.

  • Supporting critical partner related issues, partner/channel conflicts and related business issues.

  • Maintaining a clear and effective line of communication amongst relevant team members to ensure alignment and efficient execution of plans.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a leading University or equivalent experience.

  • 12+ overall years of sales, marketing or business development experience in technology selling into healthcare and med tech accounts.

  • Effective executive level communication and presentation skills

  • Consistent track record of sales execution overachievement.

  • Proven ability to lead and deliver results within a highly matrixed organization.

  • Experience leading the execution of win-win partnerships with large, complex organizations.

  • Knowledge of enterprise computing software and services pricing strategies, channel economics, and hybrid computing platforms both on-prem and cloud offerings

  • Able to travel as needed ~25%+.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Deep understanding of the healthcare and med tech ecosystem, specifically the key applications and workflows that leverage Machine Learning, Deep Learning and AI.

  • Strong relationships with channel partners focused on selling hardware and software into healthcare and med tech organizations.

  • Track record of launching and growing sales of a jointly-developed product through a partner/channel sales team

  • Foundational knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, GPU accelerated computing and NVIDIA software products

  • Master’s degree and/or MBA is desirable.
