Nature of employment contract: Fixed-term (2 years)

As part of our team, you will:

• Handle the HR operations for one or more of APJ countries as per local laws and legislation
• Manage all transactional services’ vendor relationships
• Provide voice service and e-mail support covering all operational, transactional HR issues
• Provide HR policy support and interpretation to employees and line managers
• Be responsible for HR processes and tools support
• Answer line manager and employees' questions regarding labor law and collective agreements
• Manage policy, process and onboarding training
• Be responsible for Implementation of global and local rollouts for relevant expertise area
• Drive and lead people initiatives and projects assigned

• At least 2 years of working experience related to Human Resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Fluency in written and spoken Korean / English and have good communication skills.
• Fast learner, Self-motivated, independent and ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Familiarized with the local legislation in South Korea.
