As aYou will
Cooperate with IT consultants covering German small businesses, and answer inbound emails and phone calls.
Provide Dell's solutions via outbound calling while focusing on developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts.
Maintain good business relationships with customers to conduct needs analysis, relay product information, and provide technical specifications, quotations, pricing, booking, etc.
Collaborate with wide Sales support functions to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
Attend trainings, meetings, and other industry events to gain deep knowledge of products and services; keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Essential Requirements
Master's degree in Business.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B sales.
German language on C1 level, English is nice to have.
Results-driven, strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Requirements
Affinity for IT industry.
Salary starting from (Full-time):1300 EUR gross fix pay + 560 EUR gross variable pay.
The variable pay is fully paid for the first 3 months. There are another parts of the salary package that are not noted here but will be discussed during the hiring process.Average monthly gross earnings 1840 EUR.
