As the social media manager, you will orchestrate end-to-end social media campaign execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with BMC program leaders and managers. By leveraging your proven expertise in social media management and brand & marketing, you will craft and execute strategic campaign plans, oversee budgets and timelines, and analyze performance metrics. Your role will also involve nurturing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all social media campaigns align with our rigorous quality and effectiveness standards.
You will also be hands-on in campaign execution. From devising timelines and managing budgets to handling various campaign channels such as social media and other digital channels you will oversee the entire process. Analyzing campaign performance and deriving insights will also be a key responsibility.
Your key responsibilities
- Required to manage the creation, design, and publication of content to EY social media channels
- Create well-written, insightful content for both post copies and visual assets for social media
- Ensure content is planned and scheduled accurately in the EY organization’s social media management tool
- Publish content on social media channels
- Work with onshore teams to implement and monitor social media campaigns
- Assist with the management of social media advertising strategies for channels
- Report on organic campaign performance and prepare monthly content performance reports
- Evaluate social media marketing data and ROI for key stakeholders
- Schedule and publish content on the employee advocacy platform, report on performance, manage user licenses, report on user activity
- Analyze and report on competitor’s social media channels and content flow
- Execute social listening activities by identifying keywords and analyzing data, and converting data into insightful reports
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports for the business
- Actively engage with the business and BMC to develop and coordinate the content calendar with input from the BMC team that leverages the respective social media handles
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with peer groups and key internal stakeholders
- Devise, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across diverse platforms, aligning each initiative with business objectives and leveraging EY's business insights. Methodically track and manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation, promptly addressing any deviations from the plan.
- Forge strong partnerships with Global Delivery Services, external vendors, and other stakeholders, fostering an environment of collaboration to achieve campaign objectives.
- Employ analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Adobe Analytics) to fine-tune campaigns and identify enhancement opportunities. Produce comprehensive performance reports for executive-level stakeholders.
- Provide essential administrative support to the BMC team, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and presentation preparation. Conceptualize, organize, and execute hybrid events such as webinars, podcasts, and roundtables, targeting and engaging the most pertinent buyer segments.

- Experience with social media tools (e.g., Meltwater, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, etc.); knowledge of Sprinklr is a plus

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Digital marketing, social media experience
- Through knowledge about the content pattern and technical acquaintance with various social media sites such as LinkedIn, Twitter, SlideShare, Facebook, Instagram
- Social media analytics experience
- Experience in working within a B2B brand
- Experience with key topics emerging in the consultancy and digital landscape
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required. An MBA or MS in Marketing is preferred.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Prior experience in B2B Brand & Marketing settings.
- Track record of event execution, B2B brand exposure, and project management.
- Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and bridging expectations with capabilities.
