What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Uber’s ad network
- Partner closely with Sales, 3P Partnerships, Marketing, S&P, and Product
- Own Uber’s rate card structure and inform pricing for Programmatic
- Develop advertiser and agency incentive structures to increase revenues, improve retention, and increase product adoption
- Operationalizing the overall yield management strategy of the business
- Review current processes and highlight bottlenecks and areas for improvement
- Identify gaps in business processes and drive process improvements to streamline processes
- Analyzing demand & supply to optimize pricing structure and improving inventory utilization of Uber Ad supply
- Build scalable media packages to maximize revenue in high demand moments
- Work closely with Revenue Operations to help develop proprietary tools that solve inventory management issues across both direct and programmatic transaction type
- Establish efficient and effective engagement models to lead teams and stakeholders through deadlines and deliverables. Be the source of truth for accurate timelines and updates
- Drive clarity and transparency and effectively communicate milestones and action items
- Work cross functionally with business stakeholders to drive shared goals and gain investment prioritization alignment. Establish processes for supervising metrics and cadence for review
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years' work experience in AdOps, Yield Management, Pricing, Advertising, Business Analysis or similar fields
- Proficiency with Excel
- Exposure to SQL (or willingness to learn) and working with large datasets
- Proficiency with data visualization tool such as Tableau, PowerBI or similar
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong program management and analytical skills, be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, and have the ability to effectively influence and communicate with global cross functional stakeholders
- Proven ability to work with team members to design scalable processes, implement strategic projects that solve business problems, with focus on continuous improvement
- Experience planning, scheduling, implementing projects in a demanding, change-oriented, and fast-paced environment
- Experience in digital advertising, retail media and/or advertising
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year - USD$137,000 per year.
