IT Sales Application Service Professional

We seek a motivated and diligent IT Sales Application Service Professional. In this role you will work a hybrid work model.

You have a solid understanding of the Pricing and Quotation processes and experience with implementing IT Solutions to support these processes. Experience with the Salesforce platform and system administration is a significant plus. ITIL certification is desirable. You have experience supporting software systems, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users. You can analyze processes, design and implement solutions to meet business requirements and provide domain expertise to application end users. You will support implementations in North and South America for IT solutions in Pricing and Quotations and ensure stable service operations for completed implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide subject matter expertise and support to end-users on IT systems for Pricing and Quotation

• Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to support continuous improvement and increase adoption

• Troubleshoot problems and collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve software or integration issues

• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and security protocols

• Manage user accounts and permissions to ensure proper access controls

• Assist in gathering requirements, perform gap/fit analysis, and develop solutions to fit the requirements

• Assist with implementing integrations with other Salesforce and non-Salesforce systems

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and Salesforce releases to provide recommendations for new features and functionality

• Assist in the development and testing of new software features

• Develop and implement standard methodologies for application support processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or Engineering

• 2-4 years of experience in Pricing and Quotation applications

• Experience with SQL and databases

• Business Analyst or Support Specialist experience in IT platforms and solutions

• Ability to travel up to 30% domestic and international

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal

• Legally eligible to work in the United States for any company without sponsorship now or in the future


Preferred Qualifications:

• IT solution implementation, support, and service delivery

• Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is desirable

• Salesforce Admin certification

• ITIL certification

• Knowledge of software development life cycle and Agile tools and methodology

• Understanding of Salesforce suite of products, including Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and related technologies is a significant plus

• Experience with SAP application support

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
