Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience working in an audit or compliance role, assessing risks, testing controls and recommending process and controls improvements using industry best practices.
Preferred qualifications:
- CPA/CIA/CCEP/RIMS-CRMP or related certification.
- Experience in risk management, audit or compliance programs in large organizations with a large contingent workforce (e.g., identify and assess risks, design and test controls, and developing risk, control or compliance frameworks).
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple project assignments simultaneously in a changing, deadline-driven environment, accepting ownership and accountability of the process and delivering on commitments.
- Ability to take initiative to address problems and make continuous process improvements.
- Excellent communication and people management skills with the ability to work with a wide variety of departments.
