Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, service engineering, or systems engineering
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years ofhands onexperience as an enterprise Microsoft Teams Room Systems, M365, Dynamics 365, Intune, or Power Platform service administrator.
• Experience in enterprise IT service engineering or architecture.
• Experience engineering and managing large, complex solutions.
• Experience managing and improvinglarge scaleenterprise service, including support for Production systems.
• Proficient in troubleshooting client/server software issues across multiple platforms, such as Windows, Linux, Mac, iOS andAndroid.
• Proficient usingPowerShell scripts, VS Code, Azure, Power BI to drive automation and service health improvements.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

• Knowledge of Cloud service fabric, Kubernetes, Linux.

• Work with architects, engineers, and stakeholders of the M365, D365, and Power Platform areas.
