Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of experience in general management in banks, financial or payments institutions.
- Ability to communicate in in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with technology initiatives involving banks, payment platforms, and retail.
- Experience working in physical retail, online commerce, or small/medium businesses.
- Experience having built and grown products or solutions from the ground up.
- Experience working with global partners or consortiums building joint solutions.
- Understanding of complex partner and regulatory requirements at a business level.
