Wake up For This:

  • Own all existing business activity across our North American market including the development of strategic initiatives to enhance our revenue and retention amongst paying customers as well as the execution and performance of the teams on a day to day basis
  • Lead, inspire, mentor, coach, and directly manage all the Account Managers Team Managers and support individual Account Managers as needed, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
  • Cultivate a high-performance, collaborative culture that aligns with Artlist’s mission and values.
  • Own the overall sales target and revenue goals for AM teams ensuring consistent retention and growth.
  • Develop and implement AM sales strategies to best manage our book of businesses and build additional processes to deepen our ability to close and scale more strategic accounts,
  • Proactively lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives aligned with the department’s goals in the pursuit of building a world-class Account Management group.
  • Scale existing sales processes and build additional processes and infrastructure flows, including the integration of new software with Salesforce to streamline operations.
  • Provide insights to senior leadership for strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to drive company-wide initiatives and ensure cohesive execution.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across the global organization to achieve both strategic and tactical goals.

Qualifications Required:

  • 4+ years of Account management experience owning a book of business portfolios focusing on retention and expansion/upsells. - Essential
  • 2+ years as a front line managers leading Sales Account Managers or AEs - Essential
  • 1+ years of sales leadership experience at an upper management or director level managing front line managers - Must
  • BA and/or MBA preferred; or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a high-paced, hyper-growth environment.
  • Experience in working for Product Led Growth companies - Significant plus
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to establish credibility with executive-level clients.
  • Proven experience providing executive-level support to Account Executives during calls, helping to navigate procurement, legal, and commercial challenges for renewals and upsell type of deals. - Essential
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in sales software such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and Outreach - Plus
