5-7+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or strategic account management within media, tech, banking, or consulting.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships across multiple teams.

Expertise building business cases, including strategy development and financial analysis
Experience in negotiating contracts and structuring partnership agreements.
Direct experience within the music, entertainment, and/or subscription industry is a plus.
