Required Qualifications
- Enrollment at an accredited college or university
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent degree.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this opening.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical problems in clear and simple terms
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently and in teams
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working within a diverse team
Desired Qualifications
- Prior intern or co-op experience in the manufacturing space, preferably on a shop floor
- Demonstrated analytical ability
- Proven leadership skills and experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
