About the RoleYou will be responsible for sourcing, closing, and managing new SaaS partner relationships, helping them monetize financial services and create differentiated value for their customers. Working cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, Risk, and Marketing, you will ensure our solutions are positioned to accelerate adoption and deliver measurable impact.

Expected Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development by prospecting and closing SaaS platform partners seeking to embed payments, credit, and other financial services.
- Develop and deliver compelling value propositions, business cases, and deal structures that align PayPal’s solutions with partner business models.
- Partner with internal teams (Product, Risk, Compliance, Marketing) to ensure a seamless partner onboarding and go-to-market process.
- Build strong executive-level relationships with partner decision makers, establishing PayPal as the trusted provider of embedded finance capabilities.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop partner activation and adoption campaigns.
- Meet and exceed quota targets for revenue growth and new partner acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5–7 years’ experience in sales or business development in fintech, SaaS, or payments.
- Understanding of embedded finance, SaaS monetization, and payment processing economics.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close mid-to-large complex deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-starter, results-oriented, with a passion for innovation in financial services.
