What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating inspection instructions.
- Participating in the development and follow-up of APQP.
- Establishing acceptance and rejection criteria.
- Identifying and eliminating product issues, including stopping production to eliminate defects.
- Managing non-conforming, suspect, or obsolete products.
- Participating in the development of FMEA.
- Monitoring SPC on the production line.
- Ensuring compliance with MSA on the production line, including managing MSA study databases and physical studies.
- Creating and revalidating PPAP, receiving customer requirements for PPAP or annual evaluations.
- Conducting qualification and validation tests for changes, including generating validation plans and maintaining reports on critical characteristics, MSA, and defect percentages.
- Ensuring equipment under your responsibility is properly identified, calibrated, and registered.
- Conducting risk analysis on released products.
- Approving, issuing, and maintaining updated records of general and special characteristics, inspection instructions, checklists, and visual aids.
- Having the authority to stop the production line if necessary.
- Reviewing and issuing test reports.
- Providing component drawings for the creation of IICLs.
- Coordinating the Material Review Board and describing rejection reasons.
- Ensuring compliance with customer requirements (CSR) and applicable ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 standards.
- Clearly communicating customer complaints to the relevant multifunctional team.
- Managing Safe Launch plans, monitoring, actions, and documentation.
- Developing, controlling, and maintaining the Control Plan.
- Coordinating sorting or containment activities with the customer.
- Managing the return of defective materials found by the customer and maintaining detailed records of results.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Intermediate-AdvancedEnglish proficiency.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing processes with a focus on quality controls.
- Statistical analysis experience (MSA-CPK).
- Knowledge of ISO and Automotive Industry Standards (IATF).
- Experience in problem resolution reports (8D - Root Cause -Corrective/PreventiveActions).
- Teamwork and good communication skills at different organizational levels and with customers.
- Knowledge of Core Tools, GD&T, CSR, and special processes (applicable CQI).
- Analytical skills and leadership in work teams (Quality Circles).
- Ability to interpret results and statistical analysis, and implement improvements in production lines and/or measurement methods.
