• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering or related field
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing with a focus on quality control
• Proficiency in statistical analysis (MSA, CPK) and problem-solving tools (8D, root cause analysis)
• Knowledge of automotive industry standards and Core Tools (GD&T, CSR, CQI)
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and inspection results
• Experience leading quality circles or improvement teams
• Analytical mindset and leadership in production line improvements
• Familiarity with visual inspection standards and alert systems
• Ability to stop production when quality risks are identified
• Experience in coordinating returns and customer interactions
