What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating inspection instructions and establishing acceptance and rejection criteria.
- Identifying and eliminating product issues, including stopping production to address defects.
- Managing non-conforming, suspect, or obsolete products.
- Participating in the development and follow-up of APQP and AMEF.
- Monitoring SPC and ensuring compliance with MSA on the production line.
- Creating and revalidating PPAP, including receiving customer requirements and conducting qualification and validation tests.
- Ensuring proper identification, calibration, and maintenance of equipment.
- Conducting risk analysis on released products and maintaining updated records of general and special characteristics, inspection instructions, and visual aids.
- Coordinating material review meetings and describing rejection reasons.
- Ensuring compliance with customer requirements (CSR) and applicable standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO14001).
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing processes with a focus on quality control.
- Strong knowledge of problem-solving tools (e.g., Cause and Effect Diagram, Pareto Chart, 5 Whys), statistical analysis (MSA, CPK), and automotive industry standards (IATF).
- Experience with Core Tools, GD&T, CSR, and special processes (CQI applicable).
- Proficient in English communication (oral & written)
