Demand generation – develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for your products
Actively network to seek out new talent, and routinely interview candidates to add strength to the organization.
Educate and develop account management staff. Coach and motivate account group leaders to effectively develop and motivate their direct reports. Identify and recommend internal and external training opportunities.
