Scope: The project & program responsibilities are focused on internal information system-specific project tasks or non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, both typically from initiation through delivery.
Organize daily activities based on organizational goals.
Develop and implement new programs that support objectives.
Monitor projects and oversee project managers.
Evaluate program strengths and weaknesses.
Develop program budgets and plans.
Meet with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals.
Improve strategies with the marketing team.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Breadth (Cross-Functional Expertise):
in Adobe Marketing platforms (AEP, AJO, Target).
SME in owned channels: email, push, in-app, and onsite communication.

Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills across multiple parallel workstreams.

Depth (Specialized Capabilities):
Proven experience intraining, onboarding, and capability developmentfor marketing teams.

Deep technical knowledge of proprietary PayPal platforms such as:
OMT, PFS, LEAP, Rewards Point
Picasso, RPS,Dropzone, ELMO, Personalization Studio
Instrumentation, FPTI events, CAL logs
Strong understanding ofCRM operations, includingAdobe product
Deep experience inmedia & channel operations governance
in Web & Data Operations, including instrumentation setup, decisioning frameworks, and performance insights.
Strong stakeholder management, project coordination, and cross-functional alignment skills.
