What to Expect

In this fast-paced position you will provide criticalsupport to our dynamic Energy team and be responsible for variousadministrative tasks to assist with business development projects.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the evaluation and execution of new projects throughcoordination with the Business Development team and other key internalstakeholders.
  • Conduct analysis and benchmarking on business opportunitiesrelying on data sources and delivering results to the Business Developmentteam.
  • Assist the wider team with pricing and cost analysis formedium to large scale projects.
  • Gather, annotate and distribute weekly updates and progressreports on key projects.
  • Actively monitor the progress of projects and internalpriorities, working with relevant stakeholders to support execution of projectcontracts.
  • Support the sales leadership in ad-hoc day-to-day activitiesincluding; reporting on sales and marketing performance, market intelligence,coordinating internal & external meetings, supporting and organizinginternal meeting presentations and business trips.
What You’ll Bring
  • Ability to work full time.
  • Business, Engineering, Process Design or alternative degree.
  • Proven record of prioritizing effectively and handleshifting priorities.
  • Able to learn and operate effectively in a fast moving anddynamic company.
  • Detail driven, with an ability to execute with accuracy andspeed.
  • Proven ability to work well independently as well as withina team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite (specifically Microsoft Exceland PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Sales Management software (such as Sales Force)seen favourably.
  • Driven and enthusiastic with a genuine interest and passionfor Tesla’s mission.
