Define project scope, goals, and deliverables and develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals and draft and submit Timelines for each payroll process by region and report on progress.
Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years of direct work experience in a project leading capacity, including all aspects of discovery, process development and execution.
Strong familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello). Technically competent with various software programs, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
