We are looking for a highly motivated and experiencedto lead our global demand generation strategy and drive growth through multi-channel paid media campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing scalable, data-driven strategies that generate qualified leads, increase pipeline velocity, and accelerate customer acquisition.
As a Senior Director, Growth Marketing in JFrog you will...- Strategize, plan, execute, manage, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing programs.
- Lead recommendations and implementation of new and modern digital marketing opportunities, capabilities, and tactics.
- Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns, including digital advertising (search, display and social), and email marketing.
- Collaborate with Sales, Sales Development, and Marketing to build programs that support our pipeline and revenue targets.
- Optimize ad campaigns to maximize ROI, ensuring appropriate spend allocation and continuous A/B testing for better performance.
- Build global campaigns aligned to business objectives and priorities - packaging up for regional execution.
- Advise and manage campaign timelines and marketing budgets for digital efforts and assets.
- Lead digital content review and recommendations to improve conversions.
- Use data-driven analysis to track KPIs (such as lead volume, cost per lead, MQL’s, SQL’s, pipeline, etc..) adjusting campaigns to meet business goals.
- Lead a talented team of digital marketers and help them continue to grow and thrive as professionals.
To be a Senior Director, Growth Marketing in JFrog you need...- Experience in the SaaS/technology industry.
- Proficiency in growth marketing, CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency with Martech tools and analytics such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Marketo.
- Excellent understanding of digital practices such as SEM, SMO, and PPC.
- Experience in planning and executing campaigns for global, regional teams, campaign teams, and partner teams.
- Experience running B2B successful, ROI driven lead generation campaigns specific to new business acquisition.
- Experience performing conversion rate optimization across digital assets based on full funnel conversion actions.
- Experience managing third-party vendors including agencies and contractors.
- Must possess the aptitude and interest to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented growth business.
- Exhibits a passion for digital innovation, creativity, and performance.
- 5+ years of leading teams and marketing functions, ideally with a global scope.
WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…- At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
- This position has a base salary range between $240,000 to $260,000. Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
- This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU). In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
