Responsibilities:
Drive administrative, operational, reporting and quality improvements through partnership with internal teams
Day to day activities include managing financial controls; budgets; headcount & attrition; people & location strategy; training requirements for the org; and communication strategy
Partner with stakeholders and cross functional peers in preparation of townhalls; VOE (communications, roll out and reporting);
Execute vendor management activities, including ensuring legal requirements are met and coordinating contract negotiation and processing
Reporting process and other reporting processes to ensure quality, efficiency and accuracy
Ensure headcount is accurate, real estate is inventoried and planned, and onboarding and termination of resources are managed
Make strategy decisions and advise seniors on these decisions.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in financial services, in a business office or business execution lead capacity
Excellent written and communication skills
Experience working in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders at a senior level is required
Knowledge of the financial services and loans operations preferred
Proven ability to work in a team of diverse skill sets and cultures
Proven ability to work in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments
Education:
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master's degree preferred
