The Director of Product Management is crucial to ensuring successful product development. This is done through building product strategies and guiding product managers.

As a Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for:

• Providing product vision and leadership for the Global Services product portfolio
• Overseeing product development and launch activities
• Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful product execution
• Analyzing market trends and customer feedback to leverage growth opportunities
• Managing product performance and making data-driven decisions
• Supporting field inquiries on product, pricing, discounts
• Hiring, training, coaching, managing and leading the GS Product Managers
• Gathering and prioritizing customer feedback, turning ideas into product features enhancements and advocating for the customer.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 12yrs experience and a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, computer science, software development, or a related field
• Demonstrate experience in product management and leadership roles, with a record of successfully managing and launching products
• Understand product management tools and processes (agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, market research techniques, and data analysis)
• Think strategically with a solid understanding of business dynamics to align product initiatives with overall business objectives
• Experience in building and managing high-performing product management teams, with business cases and metrics as proof
• Experience in Services fulfillment, management, operations, and/or Services Product Management
• Understand the Service and Support business, how value is delivered, fulfillment methodologies, contracting, entitlement, lifecycle management.
• Have experience planning and managing revenue, financials and Merger & Acquisition exposure
