You’ll make an impact by

  • Create, forecast, implement, manage, and monitor project schedules that track factory capacity and meet customer expectations.
  • Identify capacity constraints and communicate lead times within the organization.
  • Update product demand at an organization level to understand and communicate impacts due to new projects or changes in existing projects.
  • Collaborate with the proposal, program management, factory production and procurement teams to ensure materials and resources are aligned with the project schedules.
  • Prepare and communicate monthly project plans.
  • Create and update customer reports/portals as required.
  • Ensure key metrics and objectives (delivery) are being met and written plans are in place for improvements.
  • Use data to analyze and provide solutions to scheduling problems.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Engineering on scheduling issues.
  • Drive company initiatives within the Planning organization.
  • Ensure that all customer, company, and industry standards are followed.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Experience considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in production planning or scheduling. Experience in electrical power distribution products and power systems/ power delivery is strongly preferred.
  • 3+ year of experience in an EPC, engineering, manufacturing, utility, or industrial corporate environment
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and scheduling software.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred 5+ years of experience in the Electrical Power Industry.
  • Knowledge and experience with IBC, NEC and NFPA codes and standards for E Houses/Buildings.
  • Knowledge and experience with Siemens medium and low-voltage products.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve scheduling and production challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • PE/PMP certification is a plus.

  • The pay range for this position is <$89,670 - $153720>. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
