As a Manager you will be responsible for developing and leading global technical teams in the delivery of quality products.

What you will do:

• Plans and executes work in alignment with high level engineering strategy, including design, development, and testing

• Utilize data to monitor and assess operations, quality, & team health

• Utilize resources effectively

• Troubleshoot & resolve potential issues within team

• Ensure that the estimation for the completion of work includes the activities for the entire team

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in software development, quality assurance, or related technical field

• Experience with software development practices including Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery/Deployment (CI/CD)

• Proficiency with quality concepts (e.g., functional testing, unit testing, integration testing)

• Working knowledge of Agile or other appropriate software development principles and methodologies

• Demonstrated technical skills to effectively manage technical teams

• Demonstrated experience mentoring technical team members
