You’ll have the opportunity to be visible, interacting with senior management and engaging matrix-managed projects, making you a key influencer of the business.


* Be responsible for the overall plan execution and progress

* Develop and manage complex projects, programs, and processes to achieve desired outcomes.
* Mitigate risks to ensure project deliverables remain on track and within scope.
* Plan detailed project timelines and communicate status updates and achievements clearly to stakeholders.
* Generate and present creative ideas and solutions to improve project outcomes.
* Create easily digestible summaries and reports for leadership readouts and decision-making.

:
* 5+ years of experience in project management supporting sales teams
* 3+ years of experience building and managing sales processes
* Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, MS Office Suites, MS PowerApps).

* PMP or similar project management certification

* MBA or equivalent
