As an Inside Sales Manager you will engage with customers, primarily over the phone, to promote and sell services that help digitize their practices. Your responsibilities will include identifying target accounts, understanding business needs, and maintaining positive customer experiences. Also, you will identify, qualify, and sell to Customers to digitize their practices through Services. You will work to identify and prioritize target accounts within an assigned geography, drive growth by continually understanding business needs and maintaining a positive customer experience. In this role, you will be instrumental in communicating with customers and field sales teams remotely from the sales teams japan teams,

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Acumen and Communication

  • Identify, research, and analyze accounts; build rapport and understand Customer goals.
  • Develop sales opportunities for Services within new and existing accounts via outbound calling and email communications.
  • Drive land, expand, and renew campaigns with target Customers.
  • Capture detailed information about Customers through interaction for future analysis.

Customer Experience Focus

  • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively in fast-paced, team environment.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with each account, including staff, assistants and doctor by demonstrating practice focus based on integrity and trust.
  • Understand account needs to help identify gaps and recommend training, technical resources, and support to ensure customers are well-equipped to go digital.
  • Conduct virtual product overviews and demonstrations to help customer understand value proposition, capabilities, and buying opportunities.

Collaboration

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with field sales teams, ensure effective selling via detailed discussions on targeted accounts and smooth transitions of sales opportunities.
  • Partner with internal teams to execute sales and maximize Customer experience.
  • Develop and manage relationships with Field Sales representatives to drive.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Effective attainment of assigned quota, business objectives, and assigned deadlines.
  • Ensure account activity, Customer data is accurate and updated throughout sales process.
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

In this role, you’ll need …

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Business Acumen and Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Use appropriate Japanese language when communicating with customers.
  • Customer call skills: set the context at the beginning of each call, skillfully extract information from customers by asking relevant questions, explain market trends effectively.
  • Process Improvement and International Insights
  • Clinical Knowledge is preferrable, be comfortable discussing clinical aspects related to the services offered.
  • Ability and comfort having business discussion (ROI, margins, marketing)
  • Learning agility; must be willing and able to learn new technologies and business models.
  • Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
  • Must be comfortable conducting business over the phone and email.
  • Proven record of successful sales achievements and competitive sales experience
  • 2+ years of Inside Sales experience, or other relevant experience required.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, Microsoft suite of products and data management

EDUCATION

  • BS or BA in relevant field preferred and/or equivalent experience.
  • Propose process improvements based on your observations.
  • Actively consider opportunities to leverage international case studies.
