Our European Sustainability Department is looking for a
Sustainability Engineer
- Develop project sustainability strategy
- Integrate sustainable solutions with our design
- Enable guidance for project teams regarding the following Certification process: LEED, BREEAM and WELL
- Collaborate with project managers and project teams to evaluate the project needs
- Review technical documents
- Interact directly with professionals and colleagues in the design and construction phase
- Interpreting and reviewing LEED, BREEAM and WELL project documentation
- Develop dynamic energy modelling and Life Cycle assessment (LCA)
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in a field of study related to Engineering (mechanical or chemical)
- With at least 3 years’ experience as an active sustainability project team member for 3 or more green building certified projects, including experience creating and assembling documentation
- LEED AP certification and preferably BREEAM assessor and WELL AP
- Knowledge of design tool (e.g. AutoCAD and REVIT), including Energy model software (e.g. IES) and preferably LCA tool
- Excellent communication skills (writing, speaking, and presenting)
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
