Description
- Participate in cross-functional special projects related to employee engagement, internal communication, or process improvements.- Work independently and with minimal direction, proactively identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.- Demonstrate initiative and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years proven experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or HR operations, or 7+ years of demonstrated ability in customer service support with solid understanding of Human Resources.
  • Ability to make personal connections and explore employee needs while efficiently navigating resources, systems, and data to resolve inquiries quickly.
  • Exceptional communication skills, enjoy connecting and helping others, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Proficient in using various systems and tools to facilitate work, provide reporting, and improve efficiency.
  • Understanding the importance of discretion and confidentiality, practicing it with utmost integrity.
  • Creativity in capturing trends and offering solutions, seeing difficulties as opportunities for innovation.
  • Meticulous, organized, and analytical, capable of gathering, understanding, and reporting on emerging needs.
  • Problem-solving skills to build solutions and plans.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting communities such as employee resource groups, forums, discussion groups, or other social collaboration tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong HR practitioner including a broad understanding of policy, compliance and risk.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as ServiceNow, enterprise HRIS tools such as Workday
