Roles and Responsibilities
Lead a team of experienced, high performing recruiters. Create a culture of inspiration, empowerment and inclusion. Invest in and elevate your team to greatness
Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and key stakeholders to understand and deliver unique talent needs while keeping all parties apprised along the journey. Become a deep subject matter expert within your business partner group
Leverage data and metrics to conduct analysis on talent markets and our delivery to better support our teams, business partners, and candidates
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 5 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting OR a combination of the three
At least 4 years of experience in Client Management
At least 2 years of people management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification
7+ years of experience in HR strategy or 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a combination
7+ years of experience in Client Management
5+ years of experience in People Management
2+ years of experience with data analytics and reporting tools (i.e. excel, Tableau)
3+ years experience in strategic development
