Description
As the National Education Sales Programs Lead, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining education sales programs throughout Canada. You will play a crucial role in ensuring Apple is at the forefront of providing first class programs that help education institutions successfully adopt Apple technology and deliver return on investment. This is a new role that requires an enthusiastic self-starter, who will own a plan, drive a strategy and ensure positive outcomes. In this role, you will:
Minimum Qualifications
  • Typically requires minimum of 10+ years of related experience. For example, indirect channel development, advocacy programs, and/or sales programs.
  • Background working with channel partners.
  • Demonstrated forward-thinking capabilities to see beyond the current state, identify risks/opportunities, and drive toward the desired outcome.
  • Passion and self-motivation, with outstanding attention to detail, sense of urgency, and follow-through.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the Apple education ecosystem and high level of proficiency with Apple products and services.
  • Understanding of the Canadian Education vertical, including go-to-market strategy, customer profiles, market trends and challenges, key use cases, associated solutions, and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others, articulate vision and purpose, and advocate for Apple’s values.
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills, including the ability to influence cross-functionally, navigate organizational structures, and manage complex relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to gain alignment on program objectives and priorities with senior leaders.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to bring structure and clarity where none exists.
  • Bilingual (French) is a plus.
