業務内容 / Responsibilities

● 業務サポートを担当し、社内外のクライアントがすべての面でタイムリーに質の高いサービスを受けられるようにする
● 納期、独立性、クライアントの受け入れ、エンゲージメント時間などのフォローアップを行う
● 現地採用か、別の国のEYオフィスと下請け契約を結んでいるかにかかわらず、タックスのエンゲージメント設定要件に精通する
● 必要に応じて、マネージャーにエスカレーションするか、Tax Qualityチーム、Tax Legal チーム、Central Risk Managementチームと連携する
● 契約上の考慮事項やデータプライバシー要件の基本を理解する
● すべてのQRM手続きとポリシーの遵守を積極的に監視する

To be a key member of the Client Operation Assistant (“COT”) team initiating pursuits, AML assessments, coordinating and completing role-based tasks that occur throughout the lifecycle of an engagement using project management and communication skills. The Contracts Management Team delivers a consistent and expert service, working with the Client Serving Teams, to ensure that all engagements are set up, comply fully with all regulatory requirements while also following best practice principles and being run efficiently.
You help Tax teams by initiating pursuit logging in Mercury, PACE, setting up engagement workspaces in our systems, assembling contracts in line with our Tax requirements and based upon specific Client Serving team instructions. During this preparation you will create the necessary folders, check if all mandatory templates are available and correctly prefilled, perform several administrative tasks, prepopulate excel workbooks for budgets, help the engagement manager with ad hoc tasks, support billing and closing of engagements.
You will be responsible for operational support and ensure internal and external clients receive a timely and quality service in all respects.
You will follow-up of deadlines, independence, client acceptance and engagement time, etc.
Supporting Quality and Risk Management (QRM) compliance
Be familiar with Tax’s engagement set up requirements whether locally engaged or under a subcontract arrangement with an EY office in a different country
Having a basic understanding of contract considerations and data privacy requirements
Proactively monitoring compliance with all QRM procedures and policies
You are fluent in Japanese and have a working proficiency in English
You can work easily with Microsoft Office and feel comfortable documenting in Excel on a daily basis
You are acquainted with the basics of accounting
You are an analytical person with a critical mindset
You can easily adapt your way of working in a continuous changing environment where automation tools are being created and implemented on an ongoing basis
You are stress-resistant (able to work towards deadlines efficiently
You have strong organizational skills (able to handle multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize)
