Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

  o OR equivalent experience.

• 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 1+ years of experience on working with products with complex technical platform and following the concepts of modern software engineering principles.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
• 1+ year(s) of experience working with hardware and/or software layers of public cloud environments such as Azure
• Passionate curiosity to innovate and solve modern complex problems while retaining focus on maintaining timeline, goals, and results.
  
• Demonstrated experience going from abstract to execution

• You will work with Software and Hardware Engineering to design and integrate solutions.
• You will also identify gaps and propose data-based mitigations for external customers, internal product teams, and technology owners.
• You will define Quality success criteria and measure against those criteria as you collaborate with development teams to implement Quality for cross-functional projects and vertical technology or product areas. You’ll heavily coordinate and ensure alignment across teams.
• You will represent the work of a diverse set of engineering, product managers, and technical program managers functioning to present to executives and represent successes and business risks.
• You will partner with the program management and customer success teams to refine roadmap and product goals based on data and customer learnings.
