Lead in Compensation Partnership for G&A, Compliance and Project Management for large scale projects. They will support the G&A business via HR attending meetings, championing programs. Provide compensation & job framework strategy, programs guidance, and solutioning. Build out charters & complex cross-functional project plans for the Thrive Rewards (annual compensation cycle), global statutory increases, and fiscal year projects. Compliance audits & interviews (global pay equity, pay transparency, SOC, EEO, FLSA, OFCCP, SOX). The role reports to the Senior Manager, Global Compensation.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, data analytics or business curriculum, preferred
Experience: 8 or more years of compensation experience work with medium to large organization(s) and with global public companies, preferred
