Include supporting commercial and marketing back-office activities such as sales and activity reporting, e-permissions, incentives, training data processes, and day-to-day administration of tools and applications.
• 3 years’ experience in service delivery, shared service delivery or sales operations.
• A customer service-oriented mindset.
• Strong IT literacy and technology proficiency
• Experience in data stewardship, reporting and analytics delivery
• Preferable knowledge of commercial processes or business analytics processes (knowledge of data sets such as IQVIA, One-Key, Internal sales, Field Force activity, etc.)
• Advanced Excel skills, including working with formulas and parameters
• Self-motivated
• High level of independent and service oriented working attitude
• Able to propose process improvements & optimizations
• Able to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Able to fact-based challenge and detail oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluency in both written and verbal English is a must
