What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate with major cloud service providers (CSP), other key OEM customers, and internal teams to help develop future GPU-accelerated data center architectures and roadmaps

  • Collaborate with hardware design, firmware, software, and validation teams to integrate NVIDIA's GPU-based solutions into our customers' data center products

  • Define system-level requirements and specifications for server products for x86 and ARM based solutions, and maintain design documentation, test plans and other enablement collateral

  • Analyze and optimize system performance, power consumption and thermal integration

  • Help solve deeper server system technical design level issues at every level

  • Work with other highly experienced domain expert teams at NVIDIA to ensure customer solutions are outstandingly optimized for the highest performance servers in the world

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 8+ years of proven experience in system-level design and integration of server products from concept to deployment.

  • Solid understanding of x86 server architecture, PCIe, DDR, Infiniband and high-speed interconnects

  • Basic understanding of BMC (Baseboard Management Controller) architecture, I2C (SMBus), power management and critical system telemetry controls

  • Familiarity with Linux OS and command line experience

  • Knowledge of the latest PCIe Gen4 and Gen5 technical interface challenges

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills
