The Position
Primary Job Responsibilities
Media Planning & Buying: Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies across search, social, programmatic, CTV, affiliates, and emerging platforms. Oversee budget planning, allocation, and forecasting to optimize for efficiency and scalability.Technology Adoption: Evaluate, adopt, and continuously optimize technologies to enhance media planning and buying.
Data Analytics and Measurement: Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of media campaigns, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement.
Experience And SkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.Proven track record of success in media planning and buying within the financial services or related industry.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience presenting to senior executives.Deep understanding of paid media channels and emerging marketing technologies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 18 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

The US national annual pay range for this role is $188,000 to $323,950
