Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience
- 5+ years' experience as an agency media lead or in house media experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 7+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience
- ORMaster's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience crafting joint business plans (JBPs) with media partners and negotiating rate cards
- Preference to have background in direct media buying with the ability to navigate platform side buys and analytics
- Robust presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
- Budget management with ability to navigate complex agency relationships
- Ability to synthesis complex data
- Experience with the Sprinklr platform preferred
- Experience presenting to stakeholders and collaboration across a complex matrixed org to drive alignment
