Description
In this role, you will: - Create business briefs for our Marcom team who will translate those requirements into creative partner campaigns and programs for each of our product lines that generate maximum impact across the channel - Partner internally to define and implement the use of AI and ML tools to provide agility and scale to partner marketing creative and measurement efforts - Understand US consumer partner websites and metrics that affect traffic and conversion - Measure ROI and KPIs and report on all partner campaigns performance- Identify trends and insights to inform priorities and optimize spend and performance based on insights - Evaluate emerging technologies, digital trends and provide recommendation for adoption
Minimum Qualifications
  • Typically requires a minimum of 15+ years of related experience
  • 5+ years of people management experience, including building and developing teams
  • 5+ years of experience working with US Consumer channel partners and their eCommerce platforms
  • Significant experience in Digital Marketing or Advertising
  • Strong subject matter expertise in SEO, database, e-mail, SMS, push, social media display, and advertising campaigns
  • Data driven mindset with the ability to use informed insights in decision making
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Digital Marketing
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background leveraging technology, insights, and/or AI/ML technologies to drive scale and automation in the creative and campaign measurement space
  • Highly adept at identifying target audiences and rolling out digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Proficient in optimizing user funnel for best in class customer experience
  • Ability to be accountable for results without direct control — orchestrating across teams, yours and others, to build and manage complex projects to drive digital business strategies and influence all levels of leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to structure, streamline, and delegate various work streams while maintaining attention to detail
  • In depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics tools
  • Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Ability to stay up to date in latest trends and technologies in digital campaigns
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $218,200 and $328,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
