Out of country travel may be required to meet ad hoc needs,and frequent travel out of office (or Home) is part of job requirement toattend customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the LSS (Life Cycle Service & Support) business and drive the Services business growth and profitability with customer satisfaction and safety record
- System upgrades and modifications (Installation/configuration/implementation & commissioning) of Honeywell’s product range including Industrial control & safety systems, 3rd party DCS Systems or SCADA products to meet customer specifications
- Maintain the customer equipment to the required standard regularly performs preventive maintenance and promptly intervene on maintenance needs.
- System diagnosis: Diagnosis and escalation for rectification of issues in application software.
- Knows customer’s site and contacts and uses Honeywell support network to provide excellent service and quality to customer and focuses on customer growth and development.
We Value:
- Minimum 6 years of total experience with Control systems including 4 years of experience with Honeywell control systems (EXPERION PKS, TPS/TDC3000) and , Safety Systems (FSC/SM), Hardware & Software.
- 2-3 years of proven experience within service engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from reputable university (The following departments are preferred: Electronics and
- Communication , and Electrical Power. Good communication skills.
- Valid driving license.
- Good command of English language (spoken – written – technical reporting )
- Good communication and personal skills.
