Your role:
Customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, service, and maintain customer sites.
Assisting in service repair, preventative maintenance, field change orders / installations.
Identifying and solving customer issues, providing the customer with the appropriate communication, and involving Service and Sales teams as appropriate.
Operating under required knowledge of regulatory requirement.
Service engineer you will be supporting multi-modality and work as a team member of Service delivery team in Cairo and reporting to District Ops Manager Egypt • Health Systems Services Delivery META
You will have an opportunity to develop your technical skills in a multinational set up while working in a hybrid model.
You're the right fit if:
Previous hands-on experience servicing medical or other high technology equipment.
Preferably demonstrated, repair and troubleshooting skills with experience in one of our modalities appreciated.
University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, degree or any other relevant engineering major.
Good command of English written and spoken in addition to local language.
Good command of MS Office programs
No restriction for travelling.
