Support the pre-commissioning of new facility utilities and process system equipment
Write start up commissioning procedures, sequence of start up, PSSR and other commissioning and start up related documents including narrative and P&ID’s marking
Drive reliable facilities system operation through collaboration with Operators, Construction/Maintenance Technicians, and Facilities Mechanical and Commissioning Engineers
Lead planning and execution of complex, critical operations and maintenance evolutions, including the development of standard operating procedures and pre-task plans
Serve as technical resource for training, mentoring, and building a 24/7 facilities operations team
Support construction and maintenance job planning for initial and new process system startup
Develop and implement the facilities operators training program, collect training progress data for monthly and quarterly reports
What You’ll Bring
5+ years related equivalent work experience
Must have understanding of mechanical and electrical system operations
Effective verbal and written communications skills along with strong attention to detail, flexibility, and prioritization
Maintains confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information
Able to wear all required PPE associated with required tasks
Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for 10+ hours per day, wear air purifying respirator as needed for specific tasks, lift at least 10 -20 lbs. on a regular basis, perform repetitive hand and wrist motions and sometimes may have to twist and bend body, ability to climb ladders/stairs, work in loud environment. Must be able to discern audible alarms
