As a Services Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a set of Services Portfolios (Advisory Consulting, Manage Services, Deploy & Support) and help grow our business. You will work closely with our Services, Consulting and Technology teams and with our clients.
What you’ll achieve
Demonstrate strong business understanding and Co-relationship with various technology domains
Strong Services sales acumen
Manage strong relationships within all stakeholders in an account ( IT Managers, Application owners, Business owners and CXOs)
Playing pivotal role of customer advocacy and navigating the services sales motion with hygiene, transparency and rigor.
You will
Sell services to decision makers, purchasing groups and IT influencers with exposure to CIO and CTO level decision makers.
Owns lead qualification, client proposal development and presentations, developing value propositions for customers, and understanding and communication of Dell Technologies Services capabilities.
Able to coordinate Dell Technologies resources, sales, services delivery, and operations to meet customer needs. Owns overall governance reviews and approval for new business opportunities.
Demonstrate ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
Build Outstanding customer relationship management experience and collaboration skills
Essential Requirement:
12-15 years of field sales experience with a bachelor's degree
8+ years of field services sales experience
Demonstrate strong services advisory consultant
Need business understanding and Co-relationship with various technology domains to position appropriate services below strategically in an account.
Cyber security services & Recovery solutions
Vulnerability management
Audit & assessments (Health posture)
Industry best practice (NIST standard)
Manage Detect Response framework.
Incident Response and Retainer Services
Gen AI related technologies
Usecase identifications
System software deployment services
AIOps & MLOps
Inferencing & prompt engineering concepts
Data engineering
Data center concepts & DC modernization and migrations services
SaaS models, Cloud technologies
Infrastructure Managed services
SLA/SLO based outcome engagements.
Applications modernization
Database migrations services
IT Infrastructure management & Operational services
Client solutions (Employee digital experience, VDI, Intune, AD/Exchange migrations services)
Strong services sales acumen and manage strong relationships within all stakeholders in an account (IT Managers, Application owners, Business owners and CXOs)
Demonstrate services sales culture – “Am knowledgeable, am Engaged and am accountable”.
Playing pivotal role of customer advocacy and navigating the services sales motion with hygiene, transparency and rigor.
Articulate services offerings technically.
Technical certifications – If any will add weightage in the selection process
Strong sales maturity – Nurture and Qualify opportunities, Competitive analysis, financial acumen and deal structuring skills.

Desirable Requirement :
