Extensive professional experience in commercial roles, operations, strategy, or similar fields
Team management experience, ideally with a focus on coaching and performance
Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and execute impactful partnerships
Proven ability to lead a commercial team to deliver business results and grow a portfolio
A data-driven mindset and sound business judgment with an understanding of marketplace dynamics
Project management skills with a record of delivering complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment, with humility and resilience
Full proficiency in French and English
