As a people leader, you will attract, build, and lead a diverse team of dedicated PMs - Product Managers
Build with your team the strategy and roadmaps for the Meraki Cloud and product lines aimed at the public sector
Improve productivity by evolving the team structure to enable efficient execution of PM work
Thoughtfully assign incoming projects based on skills and availability, provide ongoing feedback, and remove roadblocks
Design with engineering leads strategies to accelerate compliance programs while using public cloud vendors
Work alongside PMs to discover and prioritize customer use cases and requirements to expand our products into the public sector
Work closely with our outstanding teams such as engineering, legal, and security to act on our roadmaps and plans
Drive PMs to translate user requirements, regulations, and policies into useful engineering and process requirements
Define go-to-market and pricing.
Assist and train our fast-growing global sales team
Who You Are
5+ years in a Product Management role, having worked cross-functionally on large projects with multiple engineering teams
3+ years working with customers in Government or regulated industries and a strong ability to understand how the Government operates and adopts technology
3+ years of people management experience building, leading, and mentoring impactful teams
Have excellent communication skills and can communicate complicated concepts to non-technical audiences
Deep passion for mentoring, coaching, and growing people
Technical background in cloud infrastructure or software development and ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Privacy and compliance experience with knowledge of regulations such as ISO 27001, Common Criteria, SOC, FISMA, FIPS 140, and FedRAMP
BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related degree
The successful applicant may be performing work in FedRAMP High or IL-5 environments, and therefore, must be a U.S. Person (i.e. U.S. citizen). This position may also perform work that the U.S. government has specified can only be performed by a U.S. citizen on U.S. soil.
