Professional Marketing Manager
Your role:
- Whitening and Sonicare product presentation and training for dental professionals. Direct contact with customers to resolve clinical queries and order management.
- Focus on sales and new customer acquisition combining recommendations tasks.
- Schedule visits with dental professionals to achieve sales and MOR targets.
- Implement MOR programs and follow up. Report tasks and new contacts in our CRM: Salesforce.
- Focus on our website for professionals. Promoting the tool and advising customers on how to use it.
You're the right fit if you have:
- Master’s degree (preferably in a medical-dental education)
- 3-5 years work experience within the dental professional network and/or experience in working in a B2B/healthcare environment.
- Passion for and broad experience in general dentistry
- A strong network and experience within the oral health care professional domain
- Ability to build and nurture effective relationships in the health care professional field
- Customer first: driven by a strong external focus (Breadth of commercial and customer facing experience)
- Able to read and understand clinical studies
- Strong in stakeholder management
- Strong negotiation &influential & communication skills
- Training skills
- Strong drive for excellence in execution
