- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in product development related roles.
- 5 years of technical leadership experience building/leading distributed, global teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building highly cross-functional teams and influencing without authority.
- Experience building new product experiences with clear product market fit.
- Experience growing participation and engagement in large-scale products.
- Experience in consumer focused product development and understanding in-depth customer/user requirements.
- Experience building experiences that earn people’s and regulators’ trust, including understanding of privacy-safe transport, storage, and AI.
- Demonstrated track record in building new consumer experiences that earn users’ trust and leading cross-organizational programs.
