Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a high performing IAM team fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Empower a team of IAM Subject matter experts to ensure seamless integration of IAM systems with other IT infrastructures, applications, and third-party services to ensure IAM solutions align with Citi’s security policies and business objectives.
- Manage relationships with IAM vendors ensuring the products and services meet organizational needs and expectations.
- Engage with business leaders to understand their requirements and ensure IAM solutions support their objectives.
- Develop and manage the IAM budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet strategic goals. Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies within the IAM program.
- Act as primary POC for IAM related matters with internal stakeholders, external partners, DevOPS and business IT teams to ensure continuous integration and delivery of IAM solutions.
- Implement IAM policies, procedures, and solutions that comply with security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Lead the build and delivery of strategic and Transformational IAM capabilities in partnership with architecture, engineering and IAM operations.
- Manage data analytics, measurable improvements, demand management and transformation for IAM team.
- Head the configuration and build of hybrid and cloud capabilities ensuring compliance requirements are met.
- Collaborate and manage cross-functional relationships for project delivery and migration of all new divestiture environments and IAM Systems.
- Implementation of analytics solutions for operations, Security Operations Center, fraud, and businesses.
- Provide support and be the POC for IAM Mobile Apps in iOS and Android stores including vendors, operations and engineering on new build and integration efforts.
- Take ownership of controls issues related to builds, product upgrades, monitoring solutions, onboarding, and integration of solutions.
- Spearhead the delivery and integration of new transformational technologies like PBAC, Passwordless, IGA, and SASE.
- Drive the adoption of ULM strategy, IAM technology, and CISO capabilities for internal clients.
- Review vendor contracts and SLAs to ensure favorable terms for the organization.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in IAM with at least 10 in a leadership or management role.
- Extensive experience with IAM technologies, such as MFA, Directory services (LDAP, AD etc.), Policy based Access control, SSO and identity federation.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic and analytical mindset.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to convey complex technical information to senior leadership and non-technical teams.
- Proven track record of leading large scale IAM projects and integrating complex IAM systems within a global enterprise.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
