Essential Responsibilities:
- Scope: The project & program responsibilities are focused on internal information system-specific project tasks or non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, both typically from initiation through delivery.
- Organize daily activities based on organizational goals.
- Develop and implement new programs that support objectives.
- Monitor projects and oversee project managers.
- Evaluate program strengths and weaknesses.
- Develop program budgets and plans.
- Meet with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals.
- Improve strategies with the marketing team.
Expected Qualifications:
- 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end eDiscovery projects from initial consultation through final production
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and client expectations across multiple concurrent matters
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including attorneys, technical staff, and vendors
- Develop and maintain project documentation, workflows, and status reports
- Oversee data preservation, and collections from Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments
- Manage data processing workflows in Relativity, including optimization and troubleshooting
- Execute complex productions adhering to varying specifications and legal requirements, including productions to government agencies
- Perform forensic collections and analysis when required
- Develop and maintain scripts to automate workflows and enhance efficiency
- Configure and administer Relativity backend infrastructure and databases
Qualifications:
- A solid understanding of eDiscovery and the litigation support industry which is typically a result of several years of experience in project management positions with law firms, corporate legal departments or eDiscovery service providers
- Extensive experience with the Relativity platform, including RelativityOne and other Relativity products, including administration and backend configuration
- Demonstrated proficiency across all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model:
- Information governance and identification
- Preservation and collection
- Processing and review
- Analysis and production
- SQL scripting and database management capabilities
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace collections
- Proficiency with forensic collection tools (e.g., OpenText Forensic (EnCase), FTK, Cellebrite, Oxygen, Magnet AXIOM, SUMURI)
- Experience managing large-scale, complex litigation matters
- Demonstrated experience producing data to government agencies and regulatory bodies, including understanding of specific formatting and protocol requirements
- Familiarity with data processing platforms and methodologies
- Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) highly desired
- Additional Relativity certifications preferred (e.g., Relativity Analytics Specialist, Relativity Data Management Specialist, Relativity Processing Specialist, Relativity Project Management Specialist)
- Additional industry certifications valued (e.g., ACEDS, EnCE, CFCE)
